Deva Kumar Alladi
Founder & Executive Secretary
Alladi Deva Kumar is the Founder and Executive Secretary of Dalit Bahujan Resource Centre (DBRC), with over three decades of experience in the development sector since 1992. A graduate in Engineering, he has dedicated his career to advancing the rights, dignity, and livelihoods of marginalized communities, particularly Dalits, Adivasis, waste pickers, and sanitation workers. He has successfully led more than 20 development projects and several large-scale humanitarian relief initiatives in partnership with national and international organizations. His expertise spans community empowerment, livelihoods, social justice, governance, policy advocacy, and disaster response. He has played a key role in strengthening the implementation of the SC/ST Sub Plan in Andhra Pradesh and influencing policies related to waste pickers and sanitation workers. Recognized with the Karmaveer Chakra Award, he is widely respected for his leadership, grassroots engagement, and commitment to inclusive and sustainable development.

Mr. Samuel Anil Kumar
Deputy Director (Programs)
Ch. Samuel Anil Kumar is a seasoned development professional with over 25 years of experience working with marginalized communities, including Dalits, Adivasis, waste pickers, sanitation workers, and people affected by HIV/AIDS. As Deputy Director – Programs at Dalit Bahujan Resource Centre (DBRC), he leads large-scale livelihood, social security, and community empowerment initiatives across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He has extensive expertise in capacity building, institutional strengthening, monitoring and evaluation, and community mobilization. Holding a Master of Social Work degree, he is recognized for his leadership in promoting rights, social inclusion, and sustainable development for vulnerable populations.

Ms. J. Naga Lakshmi
Deputy Director (Finance & Administration)
Naga Lakshmi has been associated with the Dalit Bahujan Resource Centre (DBRC) since 2009 and brings over 15 years of experience in finance and administration. She currently serves as Deputy Director – Finance & Administration, leading the department since 2023. A Postgraduate in Commerce, she has expertise in financial management, budgeting, compliance, and organizational administration. She supports the Executive Secretary in ensuring the organization meets all legal and statutory requirements. Naga Lakshmi has also contributed to DBRC’s policies, including Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Common Cost Allocation. Her work supports organizational accountability, efficiency, and sustainability.

Ms. Hemalatha
Field Monitoring Coordinator
M. Hemalatha is a development professional and trainer with over 15 years of experience in community development, women’s empowerment, and rights-based advocacy. Holding a Master of Computer Applications (MCA), she has worked extensively with Dalit, Adivasi, and marginalized communities, leading capacity-building programs on gender equality, legal rights, leadership, WASH, and social justice. As Training Coordinator at DBRC, she designs and delivers training initiatives that strengthen community leadership and promote inclusive development.

Ms. Nalini Miryala
Fellowship Coordinator
M. Nalini is a senior social development professional with over 30 years of experience in community development, capacity building, gender programming, WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene), livelihoods, and rights-based advocacy. Holding a Master’s degree in Social Work, she has worked with leading organizations including WASSAN, HLL Lifecare Foundation, AWARE, and SIDUR, designing and delivering large-scale training and institutional strengthening programs across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
