DBRC works to strengthen women’s leadership, economic empowerment, safety, and access to justice through community-based interventions and rights awareness initiatives. The organization conducts leadership trainings, legal awareness programs, gender equality workshops, and community mobilization activities that enable women to participate actively in decision-making processes and public life.
DBRC addresses issues such as gender discrimination, violence against women, child marriage, and social exclusion while promoting women’s access to livelihoods, social protection, and government entitlements. Through grassroots leadership platforms and collective action, DBRC supports women and adolescent girls to become confident leaders, advocates, and changemakers within their communities.
