Where We Work

Responding with Dignity During Emergencies and Disasters

DBRC provides timely humanitarian assistance and recovery support to communities affected by floods, climate-related disasters, and humanitarian crises. The organization prioritizes vulnerable groups including Dalits, Adivasis, informal workers, migrant labourers, women-headed households, elderly persons, and persons with disabilities. DBRC’s humanitarian response includes emergency relief distribution, hygiene and sanitation support, cash assistance, temporary shelter materials, educational support for children, and disaster preparedness awareness. Working closely with communities, local authorities, and partners, DBRC ensures transparent, inclusive, and community-centered disaster response efforts that strengthen resilience and support long-term recovery.
