The organization prioritizes vulnerable groups including Dalits, Adivasis, informal workers, migrant labourers, women-headed households, elderly persons, and persons with disabilities.

DBRC’s humanitarian response includes emergency relief distribution, hygiene and sanitation support, cash assistance, temporary shelter materials, educational support for children, and disaster preparedness awareness.
